  • Where can I get delivered by Food Hero

  • Can we get delivered in parcs or at the rhine bank?

    Whatever your location is, if it fits our delivery area, you’re getting delivered! Be as precise as possible as you are ordering to facilitate the task of our rider!

  • How fast can I get delivered?

    Our incredible bikers are riding as fast as possible to get your order under 45 min even during the rush hours!

  • How are you delivering?

    Our bikers are using the e-bikes that we provide them for free! We are also using a car for bigger order!

  • Can I follow my order?

    You’ll get an e-mail from Orderlord in which you’ll find a link giving you an access to your order from A to Z.

  • Can I tip my biker or the whole team?

    First of all, thanks for your generosity! You can tip our whole team directly through our app before ordering, and it will be shared equally to our team. You can also tip our biker directly as he arrives to your location!

  • I got the wrong products delivered! What’s the procedure?

  • What are your opening hours?

    You can get the food you want everyday on the new FOOD HERO app. More details on our app.

  • What are the delivery fees?

    These fees are depending on your location! They start at CHF 2,90. Find out more on the Food Hero App!

  • What are the payment options?

    You can pay online or at the receipt of your order. Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, PostFinance, Twint, Paypal, Lunch Check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Food Hero Voucher, Loyalty Points or Company bill ; you call it! We just don’t take cash! Feel free to propose us other payment methods!

  • Can I pay at delivery?

    Mastercard, MAestro, Visa, PostFinance, Twint and Lunch Check Card. We do not accept payment in cash yet and we are open to any suggestions concerning new payment methods!

  • Do you have company programs?

    Want to offer your collaborators or colleagues delicious and varied meals? Contact us to take notice of our delivery offers, advantages and monthly payment methods! Fell free to contact us at support@foodherogroup.ch.

  • I have a promo code, how can I use it?

    You can use your promo code when validating your basket. At the bottom of your page, you will see a field where you can paste the code. You can only use one code at a time.

  • I have a promo code, what are the terms?

    At the time of publishing (01/01/2024), our promo codes are available until 31/12/2024. The minimum order value is 30.- (Only one offer per customer).

  • How does the loyalty program works?

    You save on all your purchases! Earn 1 point for every CHF 1.- spent. Take advantage of your points from 100 points accumulated. You can accumulate up to 5000 points and they are valid for a maximum of 12 months.

    For example, 1000 point gives you a discount of CHF 30.- You can see your points balance at any time in your account on the Food Hero app or on the web version.

  • How does the partnership program works?

    The sponsorship code is a promotional code that allows you to introduce FOOD HERO to your friends, colleagues and family!

    The sponsorship code allows you to offer CHF10.- from CHF30.- of purchase to the person of your choice and to earn CHF10.- from CHF30.- of purchase as soon as one of your referrals makes their first order.

    By sharing your sponsorship code with your friends, your family, and your colleagues who do not know FOOD HERO yet, you earn jCHF10.- reduction* on your next order. Find your code on your profile.

    *All he has to do is enter your code when paying for his first order (minimum order CHF30.-).

  • Where can I find my sponsorship code?

  • Is there a minimal order amount?

    Yes! But this amount can change depending on your location in our delivery area!

  • I put the wrong address in my order, what do I do?

  • I forgot something in my order / I want to make a change in my order

    We may start preparing your order as soon as you place it, so that it arrives at your doorstep quickly. It is therefore sometimes impossible to make changes after you have placed an order. In any case, contact us as soon as possible at +41615564254 and we will do our best to find a solution.

  • Are your bikers employed by Food Hero?

    Yes! They all have a contract with Food Hero and are monthly paid, or by the hour! They all got legs and are waiting for your orders.

  • I can’t find my favorite brand on your website, how can I propose it ?

    We would love to know what you think is missing from FOOD HERO. We are always open to new products to expand our catalogue. Do not hesitate to let us know your ideas by writing to us at support@foodherogroup.ch.

  • How can I join the Food Hero family?

    We are regularly on the lookout for new talent. Whether bikers, service staff or cook, do not hesitate to send us your CV with photo, at job@foodherogroup.ch.

  • How can I delete my account?

    We are so sad to read this from you! We hope you leave us with a twinge of heart and if this is not the case don't forget to let us know of the concerns you have encountered so that our team will do everything possible to find a solution to make you change your mind. And if not, just send us an email at support@foodherogroup.ch and we will delete your account.
